Editorial contact and corrections
Send an editorial correction, feedback or general publication question. This is not a customer-support route for eSIM services.
Corrections and editorial feedback
If you believe an article contains an error, omission or could be clearer, we welcome corrections and constructive editorial feedback. We review such submissions with care: we check claims against primary documentation, testable evidence and the context of the original piece. When a correction is required we update the relevant article, add an edit note and where appropriate explain the nature of the change to readers. Please be as specific as possible when describing an issue: include the article title, a quoted passage or a timestamped link to the paragraph you refer to, and any supporting documentation or source URLs that substantiate the correction.
Content questions and general enquiries
For questions about our editorial approach, sourcing, licensing of our written material or requests for permission to republish short excerpts, contact us. We will endeavour to respond to reasonable enquiries in a timely fashion. Please note that this site is a static informational resource; it is not an operational customer support channel for eSIM services.
What we are not
We do not provide customer support for eSIM activations, plan provisioning, account management, device unlocking, or troubleshooting of live network service. We are not affiliated with carriers, resellers, marketplaces or provisioning platforms, and cannot perform or facilitate activations. If you require operational assistance with a purchased plan or an on-device profile, please contact the vendor from which you obtained the service or the device manufacturer directly.
How to submit feedback
Send editorial corrections, sourcing notes or general questions to the contact address listed on the site; for convenience our primary editorial contact is displayed on the contact page. If you wish to send a direct email, please include a concise subject line and provide supporting citations where relevant. We will treat correspondence as feedback for editorial consideration.
Email and privacy note
Correspondence sent to our editorial address may be retained to support the correction process and to maintain a record of editorial decisions. We do not process contact submissions through server-side forms or third‑party messaging widgets; the contact link on the site opens the visitor’s email application. This website is not an eSIM customer support channel. For direct service matters please reach out to the relevant carrier or device manufacturer.
Response expectations
Given the independent, non-commercial nature of the publication, response times may vary. Simple editorial clarifications are typically acknowledged; substantive investigations or technical questions that require testing or external verification may take longer. We will notify correspondents if an inquiry leads to a published correction or a substantive change in guidance.
